Wintergreen House Signs

Wintergreen mountain property owners can have a custom sign with (or without) the Wintergreen icon and their street address or name. The signs are approved for use by the WPOA Architectural Review Board. 911 Signage

Emergency services at Wintergreen at times have had difficulty finding houses in a timely fashion due to extreme variances in signage, or the total lack of an address sign.

To address this problem, Wintergreen Fire and Rescue offers individual reflective address signs approved by the Wintergreen Property Owners Association. These sign are in the style of Wintergreen’s attractive street signage, a brown reflective background with white reflective letters. Read more HERE
 

Stoney Creek Mail and Paper Boxes

A source for mail and newspaper box posts, with mailboxes (regular and jumbo), for Stoney Creek is Peace of Mind Property Services.
