The meeting space can handle a meeting for 12 people easily. This view is from the kitchen.

The WPOA office parking lot has been expanded and paved with asphalt. The Faulkner Room is on the left.

The Faulkner Room can be used after WPOA office hours thanks to a separate entry door.

There are no fees for Wintergreen property owners. Business or corporate meetings are not allowed.

The room is equipped with an LED projector and screen. High-speed internet via wifi is also available.

The Wintergreen community has an attractive, well-appointed community meeting room with a full kitchen in the Wintergreen Property Owners Association’s office building at the base of Wintergreen mountain.

The Faulkner Room can seat up to 12 people. This meeting room is managed similarly to the spaces WPOA offers at Tuckahoe Clubhouse. The space is available to all property owners to use–individuals can reserve it, for example, for their bridge group, book club or birthday party. Community groups will use it for committee and board meetings. There are no fees for Wintergreen property owners. Business or corporate meetings are not allowed; Wintergreen Resort has excellent meeting spaces for property owners’ business events.

The building’s layout allows access to this meeting space by property owners after WPOA office hours. Those reserving the room can request to use the kitchen, which has a full-size stove, refrigerator, microwave, sink, and dishwasher, along with several feet of open counter space. The large podium in the room can double as a stand-up wine bar.

The gathering space (which was completely reworked in 2021 to make the new meeting area) had been used as offices and files of the Architectural Review Board. The ARB and the WPOA board of directors often use the space.

WPOA’s Community Office Building (COB) was able to offer up this space as a membership amenity thanks to WPOA’s years-long effort to condense and modernize its record storage
